影響玻璃鋼雕塑質保期的三大因素

我們所看到的玻璃鋼雕塑內部都是有玻璃纖維、樹脂、界面所組成,所以在這三方面一定要在質量與制作上非常精良,才能夠延長玻璃鋼雕塑質保期,當然漆面也非常重要。

(一) 玻璃纖維對玻璃鋼雕塑質保期影響

玻璃纖維是玻璃鋼中的主要承力部分,它不僅能夠提高玻璃鋼的強度和彈性模量,而且能夠減少收縮變形,提高熱變形溫度和低溫沖擊強度等.列如306#聚酯樹脂澆鑄體,在加入50%的玻璃布后.拉伸強度可由50MPa提高到200MPa,拉伸模量可由3.9GPa提高到14GPa.

It can not only improve the strength and elastic modulus of FRP, but also reduce the shrinkage deformation, improve the thermal deformation temperature and low-temperature impact strength. 合成樹脂是玻璃鋼的基體,松散的玻璃纖維靠它粘接成整體。合成樹脂的好壞直接影響玻璃鋼雕塑質保期限。
Synthetic resin is the matrix of glass fiber reinforced plastics. Loose glass fiber is bonded into a whole by it. The quality of synthetic resin directly affects the warranty period of FRP sculpture.
樹脂主要起傳遞應力作用,因此樹脂對玻璃鋼的強度起重要作用,尤其是抗壓、彎曲、扭轉、剪切強度更為顯著。
Resin is mainly used to transfer stress, so resin plays an important role in the strength of FRP, especially the compressive strength, bending strength, torsion strength and shear strength.
由于樹脂是基體材料,它對玻璃鋼的彈性模量、耐熱性、電絕緣性、頭電磁波性、耐化學腐蝕性、耐氣候性、耐老化性等都有影響。
Because resin is the matrix material, it has influence on the elastic modulus, heat resistance, electrical insulation, electromagnetic wave property, chemical corrosion resistance, weather resistance and aging resistance of FRP.
列如玻璃鋼的耐化學液體侵蝕性和耐水性,主要取決于樹脂基體的性能。通常不飽和聚酯樹脂197#耐化學腐蝕較好,而1289#耐水較好。不同類型、不同牌號樹脂其性能是不相同的。
For example, the chemical resistance and water resistance of FRP mainly depend on the properties of resin matrix. Generally, unsaturated polyester resin 197 ? has better chemical corrosion resistance, while 1289 ? has better water resistance. The properties of different types and brands of resins are different.
樹脂含量對玻璃鋼性能也有影響,通常樹脂含量為20%-35%,這和成型方法、曾強材料品種有關。列如,纏繞和模壓成型,樹脂含量偏低,而手糊成型、樹脂含量則稍高。強度層樹脂含量稍低,通??稍?5%-40%之間;耐腐蝕、防滲層樹脂含量較高一般要超過50%用玻璃布作增強材料,樹脂含量低于用玻璃氈。

玻璃鋼雕塑質保期的性能不僅與所用的增強材料、合成樹脂有關,同時,很大程度上還和纖維與樹脂之間界面粘合的好壞及耐久性有關。
