①不飽和樹脂成型配制方法：191#樹脂100份，過氧化環已酮4份；環烷酸鈷溶液1—4份，色漿適量。若按生產條件流水作業進行配制，在搪瓷盆內放入100千克樹脂，再加入4千克氧化環已酮糊，攪拌均勻，再加入鈦青綠色漿糊適量，目觀顏色達到所需要求即可，放置備用。不飽和樹脂的優點是價格便宜。
(1) Forming method of unsaturated resin: 191_100 copies of resin, 4 copies of cyclohexanone peroxide, 1-4 copies of cobalt naphthenate solution, appropriate color paste. If the product is prepared according to production conditions, 100 kg resin is put into the enamel pot, 4 kg oxidized cyclohexanone paste is added to mix evenly, and a proper amount of titanium green paste is added to meet the requirements of visual color, then it can be put in reserve. The advantage of unsaturated resins is that they are cheap.
②環氧樹脂的優點是固化收縮率低，電絕緣性能極好的樹脂，對各種酸堿及有機溶劑都很穩定，拉伸強度可達45MPa－70MPa，彎曲強度可達90MPa－120MPa。配套固化劑可采用環氧樹脂常溫E-999固化劑。稀釋劑采用丙酮（或環氧丙烷丁基醚）。模具膠衣采用耐高溫、硬度高、韌性好的模具專用膠衣。制作的纖維增強材料采用33g/m2無堿短切氈和0.2mm玻璃纖維方格布。
(2) Epoxy resin has the advantages of low curing shrinkage and excellent electrical insulation. It is stable to various acids, bases and organic solvents. Its tensile strength can reach 45 MPa-70 MPa, and its bending strength can reach 90 MPa-120 MPa. The curing agent can be epoxy resin E-999 at room temperature. The diluent is acetone (or propylene oxide butyl ether). Mold rubber coat is special for mould with high temperature resistance, high hardness and good toughness. The fibre reinforced material is made of 33g/m2 alkali-free chopped felt and 0.2mm glass fiber square cloth.
